To rehabilitate the country through protracted development in all walks of social, cultural and public life.
To encourage the repatriation of refugees from neighboring countries and provide them with income generation services in skill development trainings and agriculture.
To reconstruct rural infrastructure, strengthen Community Development Councils and promote democracy & human rights.
To develop and strengthen civil society organizations, local government and other like minded NGOs to undertake and sustain development interventions.
To survey, design, plan and implement projects that encourage the repatriation of Afghan refugees and rehabilitate the country by sustainable development, education and job placement opportunities.
